This year's competition will be held on Tuesday, April 21st, in Yellowknife at Sir John Franklin High School, Ecole St. Patrick High School,  the Kimberlite Career & Technical Centre and the Akaitcho Trades and Technical Centre. Closing ceremonies will be held at the Tree of Peace Friendship Centre.

Gold medalists may be eligible to join Team NWT to compete against their peers at the Canadian Skills Competition in Charlottetown, PEI, from May 20-23, 2008.
